PHOTO: Overturned Vehicle Blocks Route 9 Ramp

overturn ramp rt 9A tractor overturned on the Route 9 South ramp and is blocking the ramp. The accident occurred on the ramp to Route 70.

There was nobody inside the tractor, which reportedly came loose from another truck during transport.

Police are on scene and crews are attempting to remove the vehicle from the roadway.
