The Grand Motel on Madison Avenue has been purchased and has gotten a makeover.

The Motel has been the scene of many police calls for alleged illegal activity, and even SWAT raids, but the new ownership is striving to rebrand the place.

The new ownership is redoing the motel inside and out, in hopes of turning a new leaf and becoming a family-friendly motel, located in the heart of Lakewood.
