   • I believe according to Halacha, you shouldn’t inform another person of the presence of a rainbow, even to make a Beracha. Thus there is no Mitzva in informing others that there is or was a rainbow. So unless TLS asked a shaila and is posting a video of someone asking a posek, the pictures and article shouldn’t appear.

   • I also grew up learning about rainbows being bad signs that should be not be spread to others.
     However, as I got older I learned there are 2 types rainbows. 1. That is a sign from Hashem without any other explanation.
     2. A Rainbow that is a clearly understood event due to a combination of sunlight & the atmosphere.
     Telling others about the 2nd type is not a problem.
