Pfizer in Serious Trouble After COVID Vax Data Leak, Moderna Being Sued

Pfizer’s COVID Vaccine Is Just 12% Effective in Preventing Omicron in Kids

On Monday, New York state officials revealed that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine did little to protect children aged five to 11 against an infection caused by the Omicron variant of the virus.

Researchers from the New York State Department of Health calculated the infection rates among minors who had been vaccinated with the Pfizer jab. In the study, children were divided into two groups based on their ages – from five to 11 and from 12 to 17 years old.

In the younger age group, the Pfizer shots were only 12 percent effective at preventing Omicron infection after only one month.

These findings may have a direct effect on vaccinations and whether parents will encourage their children to get vaccinated.

To be clear a virus does not pose much risk to children, as hospitalizations and deaths are extremely rare.

The findings suggest that the vaccine does little to prevent them from spreading the virus regardless of the main reason for vaccinating them: to prevent them from spreading the virus.

In New York, children as young as five were required to show proof of vaccination to enter indoor restaurants, fitness facilities, and entertainment venues in cities like New York. In some cases, school activities also required children to be vaccinated.

This may have influenced some parents’ decisions to use the vaccine. Taking the shots has been relatively low among younger children – but the state has now released official data showing the vaccine had little effect in protecting the children.

In addition to these concerns, some parents decided to give their children the vaccine regardless of potential side effects, only to later discover it was not as effective as advertised.

‘I think we need to rethink this whole program of vaccinated adolescents and children. What is our objective?’ According to Dr. Cody Meissner, chief of pediatrics at Tufts Children’s Hospital in Boston and board member of the FDA’s vaccine advisory committee. Meissner has opposed the idea that every child should get vaccinated because the virus poses barely any risk, but the vaccine can have serious side effects like myocarditis.

In the study, researchers collected data from 852,384 children aged between 12 and 17 and 365,502 children aged between five and 11.

Researchers collected data from December 2021 through January 2022, during the Omicron period of the pandemic. The study is a currently awaiting peer review.

The study was conducted by following up with study participants and comparing findings with general statistics for unvaccinated populations.

There are major differences in the vaccine dosage between the study groups. The vaccine for children aged five to eleven is only ten micrograms, while that of children aged 12 and older is 30 micrograms.

In the younger age group, the effectiveness of the vaccine declined from 67 to 11 percent after 28 to 34 days after receiving the second dose – about one month after receiving the second dose.

A much smaller drop occurred in the older age group, from 66 percent to 51 percent.

In addition, there was a noticeable difference between 11 and 12-year-olds – the cut-off for where vaccine doses change – which means smaller doses are not as effective.

Pfizer has also had similar problems with its dosage in children between the ages of six and four.

The jab has been reduced to three micrograms for that age group, although initial trials showed that the smaller jab did not produce a strong immune response.

According to Meissner, no conclusions can be drawn from this study, but he thinks other states should conduct similar studies to determine if the ineffectiveness of vaccines is a nationwide problem.

There is now a third vaccine in the company’s trial, and submission to the FDA for its approval has been halted while the data is gathered.

However, Pfizer is stuck. Regulatory agencies have even instructed the company to submit a request before the third dose of data is available, as the company wants to offer shots to even younger age groups.

Expanding vaccination eligibility to millions of young children would also bring a nice sum of money to the New York-based company.

It has effectively cornered an extremely profitable market because it is the only shot available to young people in the United States.

In the vaccine, mRNA technology poses a problem as well. See below for mRNA lawsuit filed against Moderna

To reduce the risk of vaccine recipients developing myocarditis, Pfizer has lowered dosages for younger age groups.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), recipients of shots distributed by Pfizer and the company Moderna – which also offers an mRNA vaccine for Covid – are at risk for developing rare heart conditions such as inflammation of the heart. This is a risk that is especially prevalent in young males.

‘The hospitalization rate from Covid infection in unvaccinated children is about the same as hospitalizations … caused by myocarditis in children that do get the vaccine,’ Meissner explained.

‘…we need to make sure that by administering this vaccine that we are not doing more harm than benefit.’

Moderna CEO Admits They Created COVID-19 in Lab Back in 2016 After Study Reveals the Truth!

On Monday, two biotech companies filed a lawsuit against Moderna in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, accusing the vaccine manufacturer of patent infringement on its COVID-19 vaccine. And collaborating with the NIH (National Institute of Health.

Moderna expects 2021 sales of $15 billion to $18 billion from the COVID-19 vaccine – its first and only commercial product – and up to $22 billion next year.

Arbutus Biopharma, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company leveraging its extensive virology expertise to develop novel therapeutics that target specific viral diseases, and Genevant today filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware against Moderna, Inc., seeking damages for infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 8,058,069, 8,492,359, 8,822,668, 9,364,435, 9,504,651, and 11,141,378 in the manufacture and sale of MRNA-1273, Moderna’s vaccine for COVID-19. The patents relate to nucleic acid-lipid particles and lipid vesicles, as well as compositions and methods for their use. The filed complaint is available on the Arbutus website.

In its statement, Moderna said, “We do not agree that NIAID headed by Anthony Fauci, (Dr. Fauci was appointed director of NIAID in 1984. He oversees an extensive portfolio of basic and applied research to prevent, diagnose, and treat established infectious diseases such as HIV/AIDS, respiratory infections, diarrheal diseases, tuberculosis, and malaria as well as emerging diseases such as Ebola and Zika.” NIAID also supports research on transplantation and immune-related illnesses, including autoimmune disorders, asthma, and allergies.

The NIAID budget for fiscal year 2021 is an estimated $6.1 billion.

Scientists at NIAD claims to have co-invented claims to the mRNA-1273 sequence itself. Moderna claims only Moderna’s scientists came up with the sequence for the mRNA used in our vaccine.”

“We are grateful for our collaboration with NIH scientists, value their contributions, and remain focused on working together to help patients,” the company added.

  1. kudos to pfizer and moderna for coming up with a vaccine so quickly. Even though we now have more information and we see that the vaccine was not as effective as we first thought it would be, the vaccine companies worked quickly to try to prevent the spread of covid while the entire world was in panic mode at the very beginning of the pandemic. thank you!!!!

  2. Hold on, Aharon!

You headlined a most bombastic claim that Moderna CEO admits that they created Covid in a lab in 2016, and that some study revealed this truth.
Then, you proceeded directly to patent lawsuits against Moderna, entirely omitting any further elaboration on the, supposedly, most vital piece of news in the last two years!!!
Could you please provide some details about their “creation of Covid”, and references for the alleged study which revealed that?

Since you are the first person in the world who reported this, please write articulately, with proper grammar, as this may be your ticket to the Pulitzer Prize…. or to a conspiracy theorists’ convention, … or to a sanitarium.

    • Obviously you did not read the article or are relying on your MSM propaganda.

What are YOUR sources? CNN and the rest of the gang? I am not the first person in the world who reported this.

Why are you so nasty? Did you read the Delaware lawsuit against Moderna I sourced? Did you read the patents I sourced.

You sound like you work for the Big Pharma and their narrative. You under an NDA or something?

Shut off your TV and maybe look at a bird cage or fish tank and relax.

Remember this: it’s not a conspiracy theory when it comes true.

You don’t leave a thing un-attacked. Including myself. Do you know me? Your personal insults are unnecessary to make your point and disingenuous to say the least.

Why don’t you use your real name? I’m waiting for your article.

  3. To So little information,
You are so right! This story would be as big as the Russian attack upon Ukraine or even bigger. I haven’t found it anywhere. This looks like a fraudulent article. Millions of people died worldwide from Covid-19 but the only guy who knows the truth is writing it in a sensationalist article in The Scoop. I think not. Lol
    Thanks,
    Rich Roberts

    • Clearly, you’ve been under a rock for some time!
They promised us that the vaccine stays in the injection site, yet the Japanese study proves that it migrates all over the body and strangely concentrates in the ovaries.
They promised us that it can’t possibly affect fertility, but now the acknowledge that at the very minimum, it causes cycle changes.
They swore to us that it can’t possibly change your DNA, but a study came out of Switzerland this week proving that it does exactly that.
      and on,
      and on,
      and on.
But you haven’t found it anywhere.
Can I ask where you were looking? Nope, Your not going to find it under a rock.

    • Dr. Roberts, lets say that you’re right! That if it’s true, the story is as big as the attack on Ukraine…
… does the fact that legacy media doesn’t report it, make it less of a story?
Did you just admit that you only accept what your feed shows as gospel and the rest is conspiracy?
What happens if I provide you the link to the study put out by the NYS Health Commissioner Mary Bassett showing that effectiveness in kids drops 82% in just 35 days?
Will you then admit that the war you waged upon the “unvaccinated” was wrong and unjust?
      Just asking.

  4. “This was a case of a well-intentioned FDA and a company that took advantage of a regulatory situation to build a business model that was fantastic,” Temple doctor Audrey Kunis said, not entirely approvingly, of URL Pharma and its postapproval sale. Kunis is the president of the American College of Rheumatology, which criticized the decision in 2009.

Richard Roberts, who led URL Pharma before the sale, makes no apologies about the research or profits from the sale.

“If we had discovered nothing of significance, we wouldn’t have gotten the patents or the approval of the FDA,” Roberts said, noting that some deaths from preapproved colchicine were attributed to drug interactions.

“This is not your father’s colchicine.”

Roberts’ late father, Albert, was trained as a bench chemist and started URL Pharma in 1946 by going around to Philadelphia slaughterhouses collecting the pituitary glands from pig brains, from which he extracted ACTH, a steroidal hormone that helped treat pain.

“Now, URL Pharma is a scientifically driven company, but growing up, the packaging department was our dining-room table,” Richard Roberts said.

URL Pharma was near bankruptcy several times, before venture capital firms bought control from Albert Roberts in 1997, leaving Richard as chief executive officer with a minority stake. Roberts said he got “less than one-third” of the $800 million that Takeda paid for the company and that employees held 10 percent of the company stock. At the time of the Takeda sale, the company had about 500 employees and about 380 contract sales representatives. Several URL Pharma employees said they did not know what Sun Pharma’s plans were for the local facilities.

Amid everything else, the company has a date with the U.S. Supreme Court on March 19. URL Pharma’s Mutual Pharmaceuticals subsidiary is contesting a New Hampshire court decision that gave $21 million to a woman who nearly died after taking the Mutual drug sulindac for shoulder pain.

  5. Wikipedia says that Takeda acquired the imglick pharma company URL. In April 2015 Takeda agreed to pay a settlement of $2.37 billion to an estimated 9,000 people who submitted claims alleging that pioglitazone was responsible for giving them bladder cancer. The company said the decision is expected to resolve the “vast majority” of these cases. Takeda will put the money into a settlement fund if 95 percent of plaintiffs agree to the accord, according to which each claimant would get an average $267,000. However, the exact amount for each plaintiff will be evaluated based on cumulative dosage, extent of injuries and past history of smoking. In 2014, a plaintiff was awarded $9 billion in punitive damages after a federal court found Takeda hid the cancer risks of their diabetes medicine, but the amount was later reduced to $26 million by a judge who deemed the charge excessive.

  6. I briefly scanned the patent. It’s several hundred pages long with possibly thousands of mRNA sequences for a small protein fragment (called a peptide) that modulates some cancer cells. If one of those thousands of sequences is also found in Covid-19 then it means nothing. It could possibly be found in a variety of proteins. I didn’t see anything in the patent that indicated that these sequences were involved in viruses. The Covid-19 virus has 29 proteins and maybe one of the thousands of patented short sequences matches a tiny piece of one of the 29 proteins. It’s like a sequence of ten words found in a book is then found in other literature, a song, whatever. That doesn’t mean that the other literature used that small sequence of words from the book versus having decided to use those words on their own independent of the book. Again, I only briefly scanned this several hundred page patent with hundreds of other research papers cited and probably thousands of short mRNA sequences patented so I might be wrong.

  7. According to the NIH, the SARS (Corona Virus) originated in China’s Guangdong province on November 27, 2002. It presented as a respiratory disease caused by the SARS coronavirus (SARS‐CoV). The common aspect is that SARS and COVID‐19 infect lung alveolar epithelial cells using receptor‐mediated endocytosis via the angiotensin‐converting enzyme II (ACE2) as an entry receptor.

The rapid development of this pandemic requires comparisons with previous epidemic (SARS), to analyze infection trends and to find the right prevention and treatment measures, as was done in the past for similar cases.

Is it possible that they were working on SARS-Cov for the mRNA vaccine and they found it worked on Covid – 19 and rushed to patent it?

  8. So now that Rich Roberts is looking at the patent , can you show me the virus they are trying to patent ? So far no one can provide one since there is no virus. Maybe call the CDC, the NIH and see what they can produce … nothing . Time to move forward and see that viruses don’t exist . They are exosomes , and people have to stop being afraid , cause this is a great way to control the public and have people hide in their basement for a year.

  9. First of all, the patents go something like this one: Patent number: 11202825

Abstract: The present invention provides a live, attenuated coronavirus comprising a mutation in non-structural protein nsp-3 and/or deletion of accessory proteins 3a and 3b. The coronavirus may be used as a vaccine for treating and/or preventing a disease, such as infectious bronchitis, in a subject.

Did you catch that: The coronavirus may be used as a vaccine for treating and/or preventing a disease, such as infectious bronchitis, in a subject.

    A Vaccine!

Now let’s get to your exosomes:

Every warm blooded creature, including you, produces them. Even the aborted fetal tissue, mice, monkeys, pangolins, bats and whatever else they used to make the mRNA vaccine because they help guard your cells If you can stop that with a spike protein you will defeat your immune system.
Additionally, there is so little known about the basic physiological functions of exosomes, it may seem hard to understand how exosomes have been implicated in the pathogenesis of so many disparate disease states. Fundamental questions remain about exosome generation, fate and normal function but, ultimately, in order to understand exosomes, one must first understand ILVs, a fact that is too often overlooked.

Meanwhile, it is important that publications (and comments) on exosomes give a careful and explicit account of the criteria used for distinguishing them from other extracellular vesicles to avoid confusing the field and encouraging scepticism.

Which is not what your saying. Where did you get your information?

I wish you coud tell everyone who got sick or God forbid died from Covid that it’s like you say, “there is no virus”.

I hope that clears things up for you.
