Petirah of Reb Yechiel Drillman Z”L, Longtime Magid Shiur in Edison Yeshiva [UPDATED]

We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Reb Yechiel Drillman Z”L, who was Niftar Erev Shabbos following an illness. He was in his 70s.

Reb Drillman served as a beloved rebbe in Edison for decades, leaving behind thousands of talmidim in Lakewood and around the world.

The Levaya is scheduled to take place on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. at the yeshiva, located at 1 Plainfield Avenue in Edison, New Jersey.

Rebbe, you will be dearly missed! The Ahavas Hatorah, the love for His sweet Torah, still resonates today! I will never forget your face lighting up from a good Kasha!
I will always remember when you got up and came around the table to shake my hand because of a good Kasha on Reb Akiva Eiger!
