We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Reb Aharon Gertz Z”L of Lakewood, who was niftar this evening.
R’ Aharon was a longtime Mechanech in Yeshiva Karlin-Stolin of Boro Park, where he taught third grade for many years before moving to Lakewood.
The Levaya is scheduled to take place at 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Lakewood chapel, 613 Ramsey Avenue, followed by the Kevurah.

He’s the Rebbe that taught me Pirush Hamilim. Before his class I had no interest in learning. I def was not an easy child, when I Reminisce about my childhood, Def Best rebbe I had in my lifetime. He had some tough love but more love then tough. Bde 🙁
