Petirah of Rabbi Michael Sanders Z”L; Levaya in Monsey, Kevurah in Lakewood

candleWe regret to inform you of the Petirah of Rabbi Michael Sanders Z”L of Monsey NY, who was niftar after a lengthy illness.

Rabbi Sanders Z”L was a longtime mechanch and Mashgach for the OU.

He leaves behind his wife Mrs. Evelyn Sanders, and children Rabbi Binyamin Sanders (Silver Spring, MD) Mrs. Sarah Zimmerman (Chicago) Rabbi Yosef Sanders (Toronto) Rabbi Nochum Dovid Sanders and Rabbi Yakov Meir Sanders (Lakewood), and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The Levaya will be taking place at 12 Noon today at Ohr Somayach Monsey, and the Kevura will take place at 3:30 pm in Lakewood, at the 7th Street Bais Olam.

Shiva will take place at 901 Twin Oaks Dr, Lakewood until Tuesday, and Tuesday – Friday at 271 Rt. 306 Monsey NY.
