Petirah of Mrs. Rose Kutner A”H

We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Mrs. Rose Kutner A”H, who was Niftar this morning.

Mrs. Kutner A”H, approximately 80, resided for many years in Laurel-in-the-Pines. She is the mother of Mrs. Suki Stern (Villas), Mrs. Chava Berger (6th St.) and Rabbi Sender Kutner (Chicago).

The Levaya will be taking place today at 1PM at the 7th Street Chapel (613 Ramsey Avenue).

Yes, that is the same Mrs. Kutner. In her unassuming way, she brought light to the lives of so many; rebbeim, fellow employees, and students. Nothing was too daunting or too menial for her. She did everything with a smile, took pride in her accomplishments, yet never sought recognition. תהי זכרה ברוך. She will be missed.

I think she was my neighbor in Laurel in the Pines. I lived there ’92-’97, approx. Very Choshiver lady. BDE.
