During the next three nights, a portion of Route 9 will be resurfaced, causing traffic delays and detours. Beginning this evening, Route 9 will have closures between Kennedy Boulevard and Main Street between the hours of 8:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. to allow for the milling and resurfacing of that stretch of road.

The project will last until Saturday morning.

Motorists will be able to cross over Route 9 at the traffic lights, except while crews work on that portion. TLS.
