Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce founder Duvi Honig on Thursday went up to Jersey City to speak with business owners and residents affected by the recent tragedy – and what he found was love and unity.
“It was amazing,” says Honig. “There was unity, everyone’s mourning together. There were all types of people crying and walking by.”
Honig says he wanted to show support for the business district there, and to mourn with them.
These were animals looking to bring destruction to a community – but we are building a better tomorrow,” says Honig.
Has Duvy moved to Jersey City or did he go to participate in this multicultural show of support? Either way unity is so important.
