PHOTOS: Driver Extricated After Hitting Utility Pole and Flipping Over In Lakewood

One person had to be extricated from his vehicle Thursday evening after he struck a pole and flipped over on Cross Street, before coming to rest on a port-a-potty in Lakewood.

The driver was injured and transported to the hospital in stable condition.

Cross Street is closed from Massachusetts to Prospect.

Can someone explain why there has to be so many flip overs in Lakewood?

Is this normal?

This doesn’t happen anyplace else, at least not as often as in Lakewood

Why do we have to drive like chayes?
