NWS: Wind Advisory In Effect From 4PM-10PM

At this time of year, it could have been a snowstorm, but the National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for strong winds and rain in New Jersey this afternoon. The wind advisory is in effect from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM.

Winds could hit 45 mph at times, the NWS says.

Why r they making a big deal about the wind hurricane was worse compared to this wind
