NWS issues Winter Weather Advisory; Up to 3 inches of snow expected

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the area, in effect from 10 AM this morning until 6 PM this evening.

Total snow accumulations of up to three
inches are expected.

The Advisory was issued for Ocean and Southeastern Burlington counties.

Before everyone calls it a bust, the snow is not really supposed to hit Lakewood at all- all the models show souther ocean county getting several inches and Lakewood getting none- it’s a very localized snowfall. So the advisory is technically for ocean county but don’t expect to see anything in Lakewood.
