(PHOTOS) 8:25 a.m. NPGS is without power this morning after a power line came down in the area, TLS learned. A truck passing on 1st Street hit a tree, (pictured) which took down a power line, disrupting power to the large Supermarket. JCP&L has been called to restore power. It is unknown when power will be restored. 9:12 a.m. JCP&L has arrived. U/D 10:10 a.m. JCP&L says it appears to be an underground issue, which will not be restored for another 2 hours. An underground crew is on its way. U/D All power has been restored. EU/TLS-07.
