I think that every person in the ridge area that keeps being affected by these outages needs to call jcp&l to review the lines and see what can be done. I have called and an engineer did get back to me to tell me that she is recommending updates to the lines to help prevent these mass outages by placing much more breakers along the lines, so that only the immediate area of the down lines are affected. However, she said that the implementation is months away.
She said that if many more people call to complain, it will get higher priority. PLEASE PLEASE call and ask them to please check into the power lines and infrastructure of our electricity to help benefit all.
