N.J. Tax Forms Can Be Copied At O.C. Library

library lakewood tls_wmThe New Jersey Division of Taxation is not supplying the 2009 N.J. tax forms to public libraries or any distribution point this year. Each branch of the Ocean County Library will have a set of the most popular New Jersey tax forms that may be copied. The cost is 10 cents a page. Each branch will also have many of the popular Federal tax forms available for distribution. “We were notified by the State of New Jersey Division of Taxation that for the year 2009 the Division will not issue income tax forms to any of their distribution points. This is a direct result of the current economic situation,” said Supervising Librarian Rita Oaks.

Federal and NJ tax forms and publications can also be downloaded and printed at the library for 15 cents a page.

You may also call the NJ State Division of Taxation at 1-800-323-4400 or visit their website http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/taxation to obtain forms from them directly. APP
