  1. i wasn’t there but if its anything like the other accidents at that corner involving school buses then i assume the bus was traveling on 2nd and the minivan failed to STOP at the stop sign on lexington and crashed into the bus, thats what happened last time

  2. Y do u need to kno which school its from???? Does it make a diff to u?? Do care abt the people that got hurt??? If chas vi chalila it happeneds to u do u want someone to ask where your from or u want someone to ask how u feeling?

  3. to yishivisha hocker yes it does make a dif. which school they are from i have kids that go on a bus and would like to make sure they get to school safely. is that ok with you

  4. according to the police report the minivan did blow through the stop sign, so that makes 3 times i know of that a car blew through the stop sign on lexington at 2nd street and hit a school bus, in any event stop signs are not suggestions they mean STOP, and then wait until your 100% certain you can safely cross or turn

  5. I was driving down a side street and I had to stop at a stop sign. There was an impatient school bus driver behind me, who didn’t like waiting for the amount of time I was taking, so he honked at me. I do not believe that anyone behind someone else has the right to honk at them, when they are being cautious about going across an intersection or making a left turn. I think that’s why so many accidents are happening here. People are too impatient.

  6. to Tsk Tsk
i agree, you are certainly right, people are too impatient and it goes for everyone in this town not just the buses, i see alot of people beep at school buses and try to pass them while they are are picking up children, i don’t know about anyone else but i certainly wouldn’t want anyone passing a school bus while my children were getting on

  7. they should pass a law that if a bus driver is caught chatting on his phone he looses his cdl license for good . next time i see a particular driver chatting i will turn him/her in and thats a promise

  8. WhyAreYouBotheringMe – It’s funny you should mention that about stop signs. I can’t count anymore how many times I nearly got rear ended when stopping at a stop sign by a “shocked” driver. C’V if someone does rear end another driver at a stop sign, how is he going to explain that one to the cops? Excuse me, but did you NOT see the big red stop sign coming? If it wasn’t so sad, and dangerous, I’d say it’s almost comical.
