Mrs. Gartenhaus Sitting Shiva for her Father, Reb Shachne Zohn ZTL

Mrs. Gartenhaus, wife of R’ Alte, is sitting Shiva in Lakewood for her father Reb Shachne Zohn Zatzal, until Wednesday morning. Shiva is taking place at her home, 24 Dena Court.

Shivah is between 10 AM-10 PM, excluding the hours of 4 PM- 6 M.

Rav Zohn Zatzal, a Rosh Hayeshivah and Rosh Kollel for most of his life, was one of the last remaining people who saw the Chofetz Chaim. He was Niftar last week at 102.

The longer you have someone, the closer you are to them, so the loss is harder. It may not be a tragedy but sad and a great ” Hefsid” it is !
