Monday: Power Your Business to the Next Level; JBiz Expo at Blue Claws Stadium

[COMMUNICATED] By: Duvid Berry

Information, connections, and ideas.

These are some of the most valuable commodities for any business, in any industry. Correct information, useful connections, and creative ideas and strategies are bought and sold for millions, traded and shared by partners and investors. The right mix of knowledge, strategy, and networking can mean the difference between a soaring business and a crash-and-burn.
How can a savvy business owner build his base of these crucial tools? It has always been difficult to find them; but in today’s quickly-changing, fast-paced, bewildering COVID-19 marketplace, it can be near impossible.

Enter the Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce (WWW.OJCHAMBER.COM), and its JBiz Expo 2020. The Chamber works hard each day to support and empower businesses, workers, and entrepreneurs from every background, in every community.

The Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commence uses the power of the public to bring access to key leaders, advisers, and decision-makers. Jbiz Expo brings together all the empowering, invaluable commodities: the people who set policies and make the decisions businesses need to know to survive; creative thinkers who paved the way for success in the COVID-19 world in their industry, and can help you blaze it in yours; and a broad forum for networking with the movers and shakers, doers and makers, in every arena.

The Orthodox Jewish Chamber has spent weeks hand-picking an all-star lineup of elected officials, business leaders, and strategists, who will come together to share the way forward in these challenging times, on Monday, November 16, at Blue Claws Stadium in Lakewood.
The information will be priceless, the ideas will be groundbreaking, and the networking could make your business. The admission? Free.

Governor Phil Murphy will lead off the Expo with vital information regarding the state’s policies toward businesses in New Jersey, operating under the constant threat of COVID-19 shutdowns.

The US Department of Labor will be maintaining a booth at the Expo, and Assistant Secretary of Labor Mark Zelden, who is the director of the Centers for Faith and Opportunity Initiative, will deliver the keynote session. He will provide information on grant availability for businesses, and programs to help workers re-enter the workforce. Business managers in attendance will have the unique and powerful opportunity to meet directly and create a relationship with the high-ranking member of the Department of Labor.

State Senator Robert Singer and Ocean County Freeholder Director Joe Vicari will be at the Expo, and will conduct a panel discussion to share inside information on business development in Ocean County. Attendees will have valuable access to these government leaders on business development.

How can you learn to think out of the box in your business? David Rosen is an innovative executive at Starbucks, whose ideas, implemented in thousands of stores, have helped the company reinvent its business model. He also introduced Selling Bananas and personalized names on coffee cup orders. He will conduct a workshop on how to boost the revenue your business earns.

How should your business navigate COVID-19 grants, including CARES Act forgivable PPP loans? How can you make sure your loans are used properly, and will indeed be forgiven? Mark Jaffe, president of the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce, will present vital information on that and other vital small business survival tips.
There are so many businesses vying for position in today’s economy. How can you increase your visibility? Listen to tips from Fox Business, CNN and CNBC businesses personality Ari Zoldan, CEO of Quantum Media Group.

Executive business consultant Adam Lieberman will share information and ideas on how to dramatically increase sales in the new normal.

Much of today’s business and marketing is done remotely. This is an entirely new world for many entrepreneurs, and Scott Bliss, president of Sandler Training, will conduct a workshop on the subject.
Business gurus Yisrael Levovitz and David Konigsberg will hold a workshop on Consulting and strategizing in today’s business market.

Many other expert presenters will hold workshops at the Expo, but perhaps the most valuable tool of all will be the speed-networking forum, at which business leaders will have the opportunity to meet with likeminded business people, to learn about services that can take their business to the next level, and to promote their own services before those who can benefit from them.

The OJC Jbiz Expo also features a separate pavilion for its Women in the Workforce program, in which female business leaders and entrepreneurs can meet, network, and learn ideas from other businesswomen.
Patty Caneda will share the journey from a regular person to an entrepreneur in the business of wholesale manufacturing for restaurants, with commercials airing in the Superbowl.

Esther Lowenbein will educate attendees about successful commercial real estate investing, marketing, and syndication.
Mirel Goldwasser is an expert at graphic design and marketing, specializing in developing creative marketing strategies for small businesses.

Nina Kaweblum is an LCSW who focuses primarily on the emotional and psychosocial skills needed to run a small business.

Debbie Weisman is a leader in the field of design, who manufactures upholstery and drapery fabrics in the USA.

There is something for every business at the Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce JBiz Expo. It is a uniquely powerful opportunity to learn the strategies needed to power your business through the COVID-19 era and into a new world of success.

Booths for presenters are still available, and the OJC maintains a fund to help struggling businesses reserve a table. Call 732-987-7704 x104, email [email protected], or go to Jbizexpo.com for more information.

Attendees are asked to pre-register.
