Missing Elderly Woman Found in Lakewood [PHOTO]

An elderly woman went missing from a nursing home in Lakewood this morning, prompting a large-scale search.

Following a search by LPD, assisted by K9, the woman was found unharmed on the railroad tracks off James Street.
