Licensing Training Center of NJ is about to commence its annual evening only Real Estate Agent license training class. “Most real estate training classes are during business hours and difficult for many people at that time”, says LTC of NJ. “LTC therefore runs an evening class once a year specifically geared towards those individuals who cannot take off time during their busy or committed daytime schedule, but still want to obtain a real estate salesperson license in New Jersey.”

This next evening class begins Monday evening December 3rd and ends January 10th. To further accommodate students, LTC has worked out a schedule with the instructor to have no classes during Chanukah.

Another new feature at LTC is the new HOMESTUDY courses for insurance agent licenses now available for the following courses:

– Property & Casualty Insurance
– Life & Health Insurance
– Title Insurance

“Additionally, LTC will be offering in 2013 the CE (continued education) credit courses for Real Estate as required prior to the deadline in June. Feel free to reserve your spot for those classes that will run on alternate Sunday’s with free lunch.”
