Lakewood Student Transportation Authority. Members of the oversight committee, chosen last August are Barry A. Iann, the Lakewood school board president; J. Michael Rush, a local NAACP leader and retired school superintendent, who was voted chairman; Meir Kastan, a private school administrator, and Kimberlee Shaw, the head of the local teachers’ union, who was chosen as secretary.
