   3. We had 24″ inches of snow topped by 2″ inches of rain.

   6. Hopefully the State will grant approval today.

7. my remark earlier was sarcasm to all the snow complainers from the last week. Where was public works with an umbrella to hold over me when I was walking to my car while it rained?
