  5. to 16: Effective therapy is available for those obsessed with other people’s spelling correctness. Get yourself a good psychiatrist and therapist and you still can make your life happy. Maybe healthcare professionals also participate in this deal.

  6. @24: You totally missed #16’s point. It’s not a matter of obsession over everyone’s incorrect spelling. He’s concerned that an educational institution doesn’t know how to spell.

  7. Thank you Yitz. That was precisely my point. It drives me nuts when my kids come home with newsletters, parsha sheets and notes that have spelling mistakes and/or improper grammar. This happens from both the administrative staff, and the Hebrew and Secular teachers as well. It’s no wonder our kids finish school with such poor English skills.

  8. If you have your spouse (or anyone) as a second card holder, you can register both cards and get double $. it might not be too late to add them since they will overnite the card to you!

  9. Sorry, #24, but the incorrect spelling and grammar that’s rampant all over is a sign of ignorance. Yes, this was only one small misspelling, but people don’t know how to write anymore. You see it even in publications and yes, even in schools. This includes mistakes like #39 where apostrophes are used all over the place, even when the word is just plural and not a possessive.

  10. you both are a little dumb. There is NO such thing as 2 cards with the same number even if they are on the same account. That is how american express operates.

  11. Craftivity as well. Please remember to register the cards or ask the store to.

PS to all the spelling obsessed – lighten up, a person can make a mistake. and a parent’s post does not reflect on a school.

  12. # 56 for your information before you call someone dumb (which you shouldnt do in any case) check out your facts- AMEX does issue cards with the same number.

  13. Amex is going to give back $25 to 300,000 people.
Sounds good but there is NO guarantee that people will get thier $25 back,
as Amex has way more then 300,000 card holders

  14. For all those to note – any small business is qualified weather llisted or not. amex said a small business is 50 employees or less. they also said they are not being strict on that number.

  15. The $25 back deal from Amex is/was available only to those who registered on Facebook or a special website. The offer was limited to the first 200,000 cardholders who registered. Registration is now full. If you haven’t registered, you cannot benefit from the Amex offer.

  16. YOU BOTH ARE THE DUMB ONES. TO #60 THAT CARD DOES NOT QUALIFY AS IT IS NOT ISSUED BY THE AMERICAN EXPRESS AND TO # 61 YOU ARE PROBALY TALKING ABOUT CITI ALSO. CHECK OUT YOUR FACTS, CALL AMERICAN EXPRESS AND ASK THEM.

  17. To #56/#67:

First of all, why are you screaming?

The Citi AMEX card IS issued by American Express. That’s why it’s CALLED the Citi AMEX card.

Anyway, I didn’t say that the card qualifies…all I said was that it IS possible for two American Express cards to have the same number.

You don’t have to feel stupid…it’s okay.

  18. why should i feel dumb, I am opened to learning new things but i have a feeling that u are not. you are comfirming my point that all cards issues by amex them selfs qualifiy and all amex cards issued by amex areb ALL dif cc # even if they are additonal authrized users on the same account as confirmed by # 73 (which is not me)
