Lakewood Township Reorganization Meeting to be Held Virtually

The Lakewood Township annual reorganization meeting will be taking place virtually this year, TLS has learned.

The meeting will take place at 1:00 PM on January 2.

There is still no confirmation on who will be mayor for the 2023 year, although there is speculation the positions will remain the same as 2022.

  2. How is it even legal for the committeemen (minus D’Elia which isn’t expected to participate at all, in following with his practice over the past several meetings) to hold a virtual meeting?

    After all, the state of emergency has officially been terminated by a follow up Executive Order from our Governor?
