Question:
After living on Ridge Ave & County Line EAST for almost 18 years, where is the left turn signal at Ridge & County Line/Lanes Mill Rd. which has been promised for all of those 18 years? I hope to live long enough to see it!
Response from Mayor Coles:
Hi Joseph,
This intersection is controlled by the county. It has been at the top of our list for the county to complete for quite some time. When we had our last meeting with the county engineer a few weeks ago, we were told that they would expedite work here. We will continue to push for them to complete this work.
Thanks
Ray

When coming from Ridge (from New Hampshire, side) there is a left turn signal
A fellow walked into the local township office and asked them when the turn signal near his home will be fixed.
“It takes forever till I’m able to make that turn,” he said.
“I’m sorry for the delay,” the township official told him, “but you’ll have to wait your turn like everyone else.”
When the fellow asked the Township official to give him an approximate time as to when the traffic light and dozens of street lights would be fixed, the official told him: “Hmm, probably 5-10 light years from now, give or take a few lights.”
A left turn signal for every citizen should be part of the Bill of Rights.
