A township man, taken into custody after police found him jumping in front of passing cars outside police headquarters, followed up those stunts with one ripped from a movie, police said. Julio Solano-Hernandez, 28, was being evaluated by police around 8:17 p.m. Tuesday, after jumping in front of cars on Clifton Avenue, when he told police he needed to use the men’s room, police said. Since he was not under arrest, police permitted him to travel to the men’s room unescorted.
But instead of relieving himself, Solano-Hernandez crawled up into the void of the tiled ceiling and took a 40- to 50-foot crawl along the ceiling tiles, and fell through the ceiling into the area housing police records and the traffic safety division, Addison said. Read more in APP.
