Lakewood EMS Employees opened their hearts and doors to ‘Foxy’, “a beautiful, gentle and sweet puppy” to prevent her from being let loose on the streets.

Foxy is a young pure bred boxer whose owners were no longer able to care for her, so Lakewood EMS members sheltered, bathed, fed and advocated for her medical needs.

“With the help of Montclair animal shelter and Chelsea’s Hope Boxer Rescue, it was recently announced that all of Foxy’s health needs have been met, and she has also been matched with a forever home!” one of the employees who cared for Foxy told TLS.
