Technical glitch in State Budget voids LSTA extension. Language in the State Budget to extend the LSTA for another year was expressly conditioned on receipt of SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION AID. That aid was part of the $30 million cut from the budget. District needs to resume running nonpublic education.
