Joseph H. Vicari Sworn into 12th Term as Board of Freeholders Readies for 2015

PHOTO: Freeholder Joseph H. Vicari is sworn into his 12th three-year term on the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders during the board’s 2015 Organization Meeting on Jan. 5 in Toms River.

Vicari’s wife Joyce holds the Bible while his daughter Dina, a Toms River attorney, administers the Oath of Office.

Freeholder John C. Bartlett Jr, who was named board director, stressed the importance of continuity and the freeholders working together for the good of all of Ocean County. Freeholder Gerry P. Little was also named Deputy Director for 2015.
