Jackson Township has filed an In Rem Tax Foreclosure Complaint in Superior Court of New Jersey against 10 properties with delinquent taxes.

The complaint was filed on September 1, 2026, as part of an ongoing effort to address longstanding tax delinquencies and recover funds owed to the Township.

The 10 properties are among 129 properties included on the Township’s Tax Foreclosure List, which was publicly released in April.

The Township is expected to pursue additional tax foreclosure actions against other properties included on the list.

The effort is aimed at recovering delinquent taxes and returning properties to productive use.
