The Township’s Inspection Department director, Mike Saccamano, urges resident to take extreme caution with loose items around homes and at particularly construction sites, and ensure they are properly secured.
Lumber, plywood, dumpsters and trash bins can be dangerous projectiles during a storm, says Saccamano, and can cause extreme damage to homes and people should they get caught in the strong winds.
Also be sure to bring in any chairs, outdoor tables, bicycles and children’s toys inside your garage or home before the storm hits. TLS.

It would be great help if they can have a trash bulk pick up 1moro am
what should we do with our garbage bins outside our house? lay them down? bring them inside? any bright ideas?
attention west gate residents put away all your stuff from outside
bikes riding toys and anything else then finally west gate will look clean
can the township pls inform if there will be trash pick up Monday?
To #2 you can bring them inside or tie them to a tree.
With regard to dealing with trash-bins, Place them against a wall of your house and park your car right up against them – pinning them to the wall. You dont need to break them just be very close or touching them….
Has anybody noticed there is a very bad storm coming?
will the inspection dep’t be available to write tickets monday and tuesday?
better yet will they be open???
