  1. For the lady that refused service Just saying know the amount of training Hatzolah does i would feel safe that they were taking care of me, These guys are so dedicated in saving someone life no matter what religion or race

  2. Many years ago, a close associate of Louis Farrakhan had a stroke. He specifically said that he refuses to be helped by any Jewish doctors, no matter the outcome. The hospital’s legal advisors decided that the patient’s autonomy is above other considerations, and since the neurosurgeons at the location belonged to the “unwanted” category, they were precluded from operating on the bigot, who shortly expired. Like they say, he died while doing what he loved the most – hating.
Sometimes, certain personal wishes should be strongly considered, even when the subject’s life is in danger.

  3. This hate-infused person had the option of RMA – Refusing Medical Attention.
Sure to come will be a ‘discussion’ as to why the Jews are ‘taking over everything’ instead of the discussion of why aren’t non-Jews stepping up to the plate.
I wish this patient a complete and speedy recovery from her ailment and bigotry.

  4. To Marc: was that bigot who had just experienced a stroke considered sound of mind to make such a statement? The story might be true, but its unlikely that in a life or death decision, someone in a compromised mental state could make such a decision. Not saying that he deserved to have his bigotry overruled, but the medical establishment is there to ensure that patients get life saving care.

    • As a former LEO I can tell you, if the “aided refuses medical attention.”, that job is over. Even the EMTs can do nothing without violating their “civil rights”.

Once I was with my family (in my private car) and a man on a bike was hit by a car. He fell unconscious. I went to see what I could do. He wasn’t breathing.

Fortunately I had my EMT kit in the car, which had an intubator kit, which I had no idea how to use. A nurse pulled up and I gave it to her, she intubated him on the spot and he could breathe. By that time the ambulance came and transported him to Coney Island Hospital. Hashem works in strange ways….

  5. I’m in the medical device/service business ; I never had anyone tell me that in my face but I have that.
Besides my Jewish customers I have many African American customers, they like Jewish products and services, I have Latino customers, some Italian customers but very few, my business is near an Asian (Chinese) community but Zero Asian customers, Regular White aryon customers forget about it, the whites only come when it’s an extreme emergency and I’m the only one whom can help them, when they do come they call me “Sir” or “Moysch” I tell them my name is not Sir or Moshe , my name is Mutty and they’re not smooth customers, they give me a very hard time and run around etc.

  6. Maybe this lady should ask all her brothers who love her and also all her cousins, her sisters all her relatives and friends who so dearly love her, maybe ask all these people if they will be willing to volunteer for Lakewood First Aid or the other wonderful group RWJ Barnabas Health or the other wonderful EMT groups.
