Governor Murphy Says New Jersey Doesn’t Have Enough Vaccines

At his daily press conference today, Governor Phil Murphy said that New Jersey desperately needs more vaccine doses for the state to be able to ramp up its program, which he asserts is working well, despite the amount of time it has taken to get residents vaccinated.

“We, like every other state, need greatly increased vaccine production and delivery. We just need the doses to make our program run as it has been purpose-built to run,” Murphy said. “We’re optimistic about all the signs coming from the White House – especially the announcements yesterday that we will be seeing an increase in our vaccine allocation as well as receiving a three-week look ahead as to how many doses will be coming to our state.”

The governor urged New Jerseyans to maintain safe practices as the state awaits more shipments of coronavirus vaccines. “We need to have patience as our vaccine program awaits the doses we need to kick it into high gear,” Murphy said. “We need to maintain our social distancing and masking. We need to keep doing all the smart things to drive down our numbers.”

As of Wednesday morning, the number of vaccinations statewide stood at 642,613, which the governor noted is more shots than the state has had confirmed positive PCR Covid tests.

  1. the point is that if Mr. Biden is not willing or able to dedicate this country’s resources nor is he diplomatically experienced enough to bring the nation’s clout to bear and to get the job done TOP PRIORITY then Mr. Murphy should just open an in-state production facility or deal direct with any foreign suppliers to meet the demand and then as a courtesy he can cue in Mr. Biden to follow this state’s success

  2. You can have mine if you want it. But i hope you also don’t want it and did your your research about them. Ask people in EY who are vaccine injured and lost their unborn babies from it.. and got COVID after taking it…. YOu can’t rely on the media (even frum media unfortunatley) to tell you the truth about whats going on….
