Funeral Services Info for Bus Driver Lou England; Send Condolence Letters

lou engThe funeral services for Lou England, the bus driver who suddenly passed away Friday at the age of 45, will take place on November 26, at the Kedz Funeral Home 1123 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, between 6-8 p.m.

Lou, who transported Lakewood children for six years via Jays Bus Service, leaves behind a wife and 13-year-old child.

Lou passed away just moments before conducting his afternoon run for Bais Tova.

  2. Lou was an exceptional driver. He was kind and courteous to all the kids and their parents too. My daughter was thrilled to be on his bus to come home from Bais Tova every day. She came home from school today so upset that her driver is no longer and she has a new one. Our sincerest condolences to the family! RIP Lou!

  4. Lou went out of his way day I day out for my boys who rode his bus. He was so caring and kind to all especially on those cold winter mornings waiting an extra couple of minutes so the boys wouldn’t have to wait in the frigid weather. He will be sorely missed. May God give you strength to continue on without him. To his dear family our thoughts and prayers are with you! Our sincere condolences.

  10. Lou, was such an exceptional person. He always had a smile on his face and was so easygoing and pleasant. He never got fazed and always went the extra mile. He was a hard worker too, and would do his Job with devotion. He was full of kindness and strength in his personal life, & passed this on to all he met. The kids loved him and we are all deeply saddened to learn of his passing. RIP.

  11. I was saddened to learn of the passing of this special man. Lou was my driver for four years of high school. He was always so kind and patient and always went out of his way to accommodate us. May his family be comforted in the knowledge that he has touched the lives of many many students who will forever remember his kindness. RIP
