EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Laughter and cheers were the reactions from thousands at the SCHI 18th Anniversary ‘Chai’ Dinner Sunday evening, where Newark Mayor served as the guest speaker.
The Newark Mayor, well-versed in many portions of the Torah, spoke about the Parsha, gave Mussar and even quoted teachings from Chazal – much of it which he learnt from his 20-year Torah partner Rabbi Shmueli Boteach, who was also present at the Dinner.
About 2,500 people attended the annual dinner, which raises funds for the special children’s school’s Summer camp.

I just watched his speech, WOW, he sounds more like a Rabbi more then a politician! I am very impressed with him and I hope he becomes the new Governor of NJ.
What was the big joke that everyone was laughing about when he said “there are 2 Mayor here in Lakewood”, what am I missing?
