FIRST REPORT: A Frum Lakewood man driving on the I-295 was ejected from his vehicle, landed on the highway and miraculously survived, TLS has learned. At about 8:00 PM yesterday evening, the man was driving back from Cherry Hill, NJ, when he lost control of his vehicle, hit a guardrail, causing his vehicle to spin out and throw him out of the vehicle, a family member confirmed to TLS.
The driver, 23 years old, was thrown about 25 feet and landed in the roadway with cars whizzing by him.
The man was transported to a local Hospital with a broken nose, and some cuts and bruises.
He was released from the Hospital last night. TLS.
Baruch Hashem.
But why no seatbelt??
A miracel!!!!
Chasdei Hashem!
But next time wear your seat belt.
enough with miracles. lets use these stories as a lesson USE YOUR SEATBELT. What if it was an infant that was not bucked in properly? I dont think it could have survived being tossed from a car and landing on concrete.
he was wearing a seatbelt.
did the driver get a ticket for not wearing his seat belt? our past gov Corzine did when he had his accident on the parkway. And he got a ticket for not wearing his seatbelt.
Stupid is as stupid does!!!
Would you have reported this if it were not a “frum” man from Lakewood?
B”H, but wear a seat belt next time.
seatbelts save lives
maybe he was wearing a seat belt and the accident caused the seat belt to snap or open up
Lakewood wow just say thank god and how its a nes that he didn’t die. Always negative “wear a seatbelt” you don’t think he knows. Good luck
Where in the article does it say that he was not wearing a seatbelt? Wait for the FACTS rushing to judgment.
HE WAS WEARING A SEATBELT!!!!!!!
to all u smart people jumping to conclusions i just want to let u know that i was wearing a seat belt
why do u all run to judge?? when will u all WAKE up and learn that u do NOT always have to run to be negative about every situation u hear about or see??!! before you talk make sure u know all the details.
no seat belt, hope he starts using one now, did he get a ticket?
based on my extensive knowledge of accidents,(20 years in ems) i can say with certainty this fellow would not have been ejected from his vehicle if his seat belt had been properly fastened.
He was wearing a seatbelt. After bumping his head when he collided he became confused and tried to get out of the car. He didnt realize the car was still moving and got thrown across the highway.
to # 16. he tried to get out of the vehicle therefore unbuckling, if u were to take a job its probely best not to become a detective
We learn: One who judges others unfavorably brings judgment upon themself. Some say they bring harsh judgment to the entire world
(Remak; Rabbi Moshe Cordovero, “Tomer Devorah”.)
To the driver (and everyone else)
I am commenter #3. I apologize for assuming you were not wearing a seatbelt. But statistically almost all ejections can be prevented by proper seatbelt use.
In this case maybe the lesson is to just sit tight until everything stops moving.
Refua Sheleima and all the best.
What lesson do we learn from all the comments? Time to stop fighting and stop judging.
thanks to all those brilliant ppl out there…maybe when u bump ur head real hard ..u’ll remember to stay buckled in until everything stops moving.
Bh the driver is fine, some bloggers here , need a refuah Shlemai !!
