Amerigroup New Jersey, a managed care organization, serving low-income residents in the state, will be hosting a food giveaway and NJ FamilyCare renewal assistance event at their Lakewood Community Resource Center. Fresh produce will be distributed to participants that arrive before 11am, or while supplies last.

Representatives from Amerigroup will be on-site to answer questions and provide assistance with NJ Family Care Benefits, the renewal process and Medicaid disenrollment. SNAP enrollment specialists will also be on hand to assist the community during the entire event.

The event will take place at Amerigroup’s Lakewood Community Resource Center, 100 Clifton Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
