As reported on our news alerts, the Igud Hamosdos Friday morning announced it would be backing out of the deal broken by the state (see video).

Excellent points, it would be interesting to hear a response from the state on some of these points.
It appears to me that this is all a negotiation.

Last year it looks to me that that the State kicked in 4.5 million at the last minute for pupil transportation. (see pages 87 & 92 of the audited finanacials).
Pupil transportation has been going up at 1.5 million a year (see page 131). Hence I suspect the 6 million number.
(Overall total busing costs for the district is 24 million)
As to where the 3 million number on the video is from, who knows maybe its for the 50% of the school year remaining or school monitor is looking for a 50/50 split.
I have a feeling this is gonna be a negotiation every year.

What is your cause of action?
If the vendors are getting paid their contractual fees, what are their damages? I did not hear you say that you represent the parents, but if you do, how can you raise detrimental reliance against the sovereign? If you are planning an action in lieu of a prerogative writ, is the continuation of bussing a ministerial act?

They are not getting paid their fees after Feb 23. The contracts are being reneged on and they are being adked to bid again on new routes. Chances are that the new bids will come in more expensive and therewill be no savings
Who is paying him?
And we all know who will pay for that… you guessed it, Lakewood residents.
