Eastern Union Funding is launching a 10 week summer program to introduce qualified young men to real estate within a structured setting.
Rabbi Simcha Greenwald, Director of Client Relations, will be coordinating the program along with Shlomie Milworm, COO. The selected individuals will train and work in areas related to real estate equity, which has been the driving force behind the growth of Eastern Union over the last few years.
This job will require a lot of phone and interpersonal skills, which will be a good education for the workforce. The program will run for ten weeks from Monday through Thursday. Strict adherence to the schedule, which starts with shacharis, followed by a two-hour morning seder, and six hours of work involving real estate, will be a requirement for involvement in the program. Participants will be able to choose between a salary or commission compensation structure.
This daily setup will be the ideal for those who want to learn more about real estate, offering the perfect combination of structure and real world experience.
“Giving these young men the resources they need will train them for a life-long career and allow them to reach their fullest potential,” said Eastern Union’s president, Ira Zlotowitz. “Keeping them in line with the values they have been taught at home and in Yeshiva, while teaching essentials such as team building and general business skills – all while paying them – is an opportunity which doesn’t come along very often.”
The facilities will house a state-of-the-art Bais Medrash, which will allow the group to blend work and learning in a kosher and healthy environment.
