[COMMUNICATED] Many of today’s youth have questions about yesodos of Yiddishkeit that are not necessarily addressed in their years in yeshiva / Bais Yaakov. Sometimes they do not even realize that there are answers to these questions! Learn what to say, and how to say it, so that you can give satisfying answers.
Topics include Torah Min HaShamayim, Tzaddik V’ra Lo, Tznius, the place of “fun” in Yiddishkeit, Chazal’s view of Men’s and Women’s Roles, Olam Haba, and Moshiach.
These powerpoint presentations are given by Rabbi Chaim Veshnefsky, who has over thirty years of experience in explaining Yiddishkeit to people of all backgrounds. With the haskamos of HaRav Yeruchim Olshin, Shlita and HaRav Reuven Feinistein, shlita, Yesodei Hadas was founded to present this material to groups of yeshiva and Bais Yaakov students. At the conclusion of the lectures, students often describe how they feel more connected to Torah and Mitzvos, and they are visibly more fired up and passionate about their Yiddishkeit. Yesodei Hadas is now sharing this information with parents and mechanchim.
