Despite Thousands in Lakewood Getting Drunk During Purim, There Were No DWIs

Though thousands of people got drunk over Purim in Lakewood, police tell TLS there were no DUI incidents.

“It was nice and quiet,” police said.

Hatzolah of Central Jersey tells TLS they responded to over 150 calls over Purim, mostly for drunk people.
