[COMMUNICATED] On a day when many of the local schools have rightfully closed, Kidz Place made the decision to open its doors bright and early at 8:30am.
“The decision is never easy. We make every effort to remain open during inclement weather with the goal of making sound decisions based on the safety of families and staff, while still meeting families’ needs for child care”, noted Aviva Kahanow, director. “A large majority of parents work at offices that don’t close and some parents simply can’t afford to take off so we try to stay open for them. Much of the credit goes to the dedicated daycare staff and teachers who take their commitment seriously and want to be there for the kids.”
Parents and employers were very appreciative and in the words of one mother “while I wish I could be home with my kids, if I need to be on the road I appreciate the peace of mind knowing my young ones are well taken care of and in their regular routine.”
Kidzplace really goes the extra mile. They think before they do things. And do things right!!!! That program is run professional and well!!!

So happy they getting due credit. My friend sends her kids to Kids Place. She is beyond thrilled with their program, morahs, and organization!!! My kids are older now but if need arises that place is top on the list to consider!!!
As a kids place parent for over four years now I am not shocked by their unbelievable commitment to their parent body and families-as Kids Place, Aviva, and their amazing devoted Morahs always go the extra mile to be there for their parents! While the program is not cheap it is well worth every penny and I would never send elsewhere! I feel safe and happy knowing that my child spends his day at Kids Place! While I did not send my child today, I appreciate the fact that if I had needed to they were there to meet my needs! Thank you Kids Place!
