Dashcam video: Notice anything wrong?

Fines are up to $75 for each offense regardless of whether any snow or ice is dislodged from the vehicle. Fines increase to $200 to $1,000 when injuries or property damage occur.

  1. the problem is that when the snow turns into ice it is very dangerous if it flies off the roof it can severely injure people in another car

I also didn’t understand it once until I picked up my truck 2 or 3 days atfer a snow storm and drove around the coner when I braked in middle of a block a sheet of 2 or 3 inches of ice the size of my 15 foot truck came shooting down in front of me if there were a car in the front it would have sliced straight thru it ( the snow melts a bit than refreezez and you have …)
