Trouble is there’s a big difference between people & fedex packages that get scanned at every step in the transit. & that’s how the computer knows exactly where it is. For people your gonna have scan them wherever they go. Basically impossible. So nice thought totally impractical
genius idea they can be tracked with gps as well only reason this would not work is the lousy political correctness again
Someone’s been watching too many movies. The technology does not exist to track people with GPS. As Anon commented, FedEX can only do it by scanning the packages every step of the way.
You could scan the visa when the person comes into the country, and if the visa hasn’t been scanned to leave the country by the time the visa expires then the government will try to go after him/her. But yes quite impossible to track wherever the person is
