PHOTOS & VIDEO: [UPDATED 11:30 AM] A residential apartment building on 7th Street was evacuated after a lightning reportedly struck a gas pipe. The incident prompted the Fire Department to hit out for a General Alarm.

Please remember when an emergency is in progress please stay on the safe side of the yellow tape. That is put up for your safety. There is no need to make more work for the responders involved by having to ask people to get behind the line. Thank you from a first responder.
