As previously reported on TLS, multiple sources have confirmed that Judge Mark Troncone has granted preliminary and final approval for the proposed Jackson Parke North development, overriding any conditions set previously by the Jackson Planning Board. Additionally, a special monitor has been appointed to review all affordable housing development applications at the Township’s expense.

Moreover, TLS can now report that the applicant has been awarded all legal fees pertaining to the case.

Additionally, Jackson Parke South will be heard with the monitor in attendance and the Court is expecting the town to sign the resolution of approval immediately afterward.
