BREAKING: Two dead in accident at Lakewood/Jackson border (PHOTOS)

Two people were killed in an accident this afternoon at the Lakewood/Jackson border, multiple sources confirmed to TLS.

The single-vehicle accident occurred approximately 3:30 PM on Faraday Avenue near Cross Street, and emergency personnel from Lakewood and Jackson responded.

Upon arrival, emergency personnel found a vehicle in a twisted wreck, with a utility pole down nearby.

A chopper was called to land at the Jackson Liberty High School, but the two patients were pronounced dead at the scene, officials told TLS.

Detours will be in place  for several hours for the duration of the investigation.

They should. Maybe that would prevent such terrible accidents. May they rest in peace.

May God comfort their children, give them strength and surround them with people to help them in their time of need.

Someone said they where drunk, I’m not 100% sure that’s what was said. Honestly don’t feel bad for people driving drunk. I’ve lost so many family and friends to drunk drivers. As for speed, slow drivers can kill you to drive normal speed limits or stay outta the way! I feel bad for the kids that’s a shame now they have no parents. Real nice. Prayers be with them.
