Expert Education Attorney Michael Inzelbuch has officially turned down the offer to serve as Lakewood Board of Education’s counsel.
In a letter sent moments ago to the Board, Inzelbuch stated he won’t be accepting the position – for various reasons.
Upon the initial offer in June, Inzelbuch stated he wouldn’t take the position because they are “unable to deliver a thorough and efficient education, and due to the continued antics.”
The offer was still hanging in the balance through this past meeting.
Attached is an excerpt from the two-page letter.
It’s more profitable to be against the BOE then the salary they offered to return.
