While working at the Hill at Lakewood Public Works today, Frum DPW employee Mordechai Holder was approached by a couple who said they noticed something strange in one of the dumpsters – boxes of Seforim.
Understanding they don’t belong in there, Mordechai and another employee climbed in to the dumpster and removed the Seforim.

This is so sad. On many levels. 1st, the mechaber, puttin in months and onthsof work to put out this Sefer – then running around trying to sell it. Then he gives it out to some friends and to some shuls. And then he’s left with the rest. No – He didn’t throw it in the dumpster. But, someone found it somewhere and did. So, very sad all around.
Not directly related to the story, but those seforim are absolutely great. For those learning Yoreh De’ah b’iyun and learn the R’ Akiva Eiger’s on the Shulchan Aruch- its a great sefer to have. I personally own and used extensively a couple of them.
Probably the cleaning crew in a shul not realizing the contents
I am sure someone thought about it already. Find out the name of mechaber or publisher.
See if there is a phone number to publisher , mechaber or relative here or in elsewhere.
